For any faulty items or in the instance an item you purchased is inaccurate to the description and pictures advertised we will issue a full refund or credit as preferred.
Please note that all of our stock is pre-loved but always revived by us and passed onto you with plenty of wear. This will mean that there may be some minor faults that are not initially picked up by us and although we do our best to display all products accurately, there may be slight variation in colour.
We cannot guarantee the authenticity of vintage designer items as these pieces are mostly pre-loved that do not come with original packaging. In the instance that we are completely sure of this we will always state ‘Genuine’ in the listing.
