SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to ship your order within 2–4 business days.
Made-to-order items can take up to 2–3 weeks for delivery.
U.K. shipping is £5.00.
International shipping is £15.00.
We ship via Royal Mail. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you can track your order.
DELIVERY
Delivery times are subject to the destination country. International orders can take between 5–15 business days to be delivered.
We do not take any responsibility for deliveries subject to customs charges, import taxes, or additional fees.
REFUNDS
All sales are final and are on a first-come, first-serve basis. We cannot accept any refunds or exchanges.
For any faulty items, or in the instance that an item you purchased is inaccurate to the description and pictures advertised, we will issue a full refund or store credit—whichever you prefer.
Any made-to-order items cannot be refunded unless there is a defect in the item.
PRODUCTS
Please note that all of our stock is pre-loved but carefully revived by us and passed on to you with plenty of wear left. This means there may be some minor faults that are not initially picked up by us. Although we do our best to display all products accurately, there may be slight variations in colour due to lighting or device display.
We cannot guarantee the authenticity of vintage designer items unless they come with original packaging or documentation. If we are completely sure of authenticity, we will always state ‘Genuine’ in the listing.
All products have been professionally dry cleaned.
